# Terms of Service — Just Luxury Time, LLC

Welcome to justluxurytime.com (the "Site"), operated by Just Luxury Time, LLC ("JLT," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site and your purchase of any timepiece or product through the Site (each, an "Order"). By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an Order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
## 1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or place an Order. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
## 2. About Our Products
Just Luxury Time, LLC specializes in pre-owned and grey-market luxury timepieces.
- **Grey-market / parallel-import disclosure:** Many timepieces sold on this Site are sourced through the secondary (grey) market rather than directly from an authorized brand dealer. This means the original manufacturer's warranty may be void, non-transferable, or unavailable, and the manufacturer may decline to service a grey-market watch. Any warranty on your purchase is provided solely by Just Luxury Time, LLC as described in Section 8, not by the watch manufacturer.
- **Authentication:** Every timepiece is personally inspected for authenticity prior to listing and sale. Our internal authentication process reflects our professional opinion and experience as dealers; it is not a substitute for a manufacturer's certification and does not constitute a formal third-party appraisal unless expressly stated in the product listing.
- **Condition grading:** Product listings describe the condition of each timepiece (e.g., new, excellent, good, fair) to the best of our knowledge at the time of listing. Photographs are of the actual item unless otherwise noted. Minor variations in color reproduction may occur due to lighting, photography equipment, and individual display settings.
- **Included accessories:** Boxes, papers, warranty cards, links, and accessories are included only when explicitly listed with the product. Absence of these items will be clearly stated in the listing.
## 3. Trademark & Brand Disclaimer
Just Luxury Time, LLC is an independent reseller of pre-owned and grey-market timepieces. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or an authorized dealer of Rolex, Omega, Panerai, Tudor, TAG Heuer, or any other watch manufacturer referenced on this Site. All brand names, trademarks, and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify and describe the genuine products we sell.
## 4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice until an Order is completed at checkout.
- We make every effort to display accurate pricing, but in the event of a pricing error (including obvious mispricing of a high-value timepiece), Just Luxury Time, LLC reserves the right to cancel the Order and issue a full refund, even after an Order confirmation has been sent.
- Payment is due in full at the time of purchase through the payment methods made available at checkout. You represent that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
- Sales tax will be calculated and applied at checkout in accordance with applicable law.
## 5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
- Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of an Order; it is confirmation that we received it. Just Luxury Time, LLC reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any Order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory unavailability.
- Once accepted, Orders may be cancelled free of charge only if the timepiece has not yet shipped. See our Return & Refund Policy for cancellation and return terms after shipment.
## 6. Shipping & Delivery
- **Processing and shipping timeframe:** Orders are typically processed, authenticated, and shipped within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation, though timing may vary for high-value or specially sourced timepieces. If we are unable to ship your Order within this timeframe (or within 30 days if no timeframe was stated at the time of your purchase), we will notify you and offer the choice to consent to a delayed shipment or cancel your Order for a full and prompt refund, consistent with the FTC's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 C.F.R. Part 435).
- All Orders are shipped via FedEx and delivered to a FedEx Hold at Location nearest the buyer's shipping address, where the buyer must present valid photo ID to take possession of the package. Just Luxury Time, LLC does not offer direct-to-doorstep delivery for timepieces.
- Risk of loss and title for products purchased on this Site pass to the buyer upon the carrier's confirmed delivery/pickup scan at the designated FedEx location.
- Estimated delivery timeframes beyond the stated processing window are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
## 7. Returns & Refunds
All returns and refunds are governed by our separate [Return & Refund Policy](/policies/refund-policy), including the 24-hour post-delivery inspection window, return eligibility, packaging, and shipping label requirements. That policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
## 8. Limited Warranty; Disclaimer of Warranties
- Just Luxury Time, LLC warrants that each timepiece sold is genuine, as authenticated by our internal process, at the time of sale.
- **EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN A PRODUCT LISTING OR THIS SECTION, ALL PRODUCTS ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT ANY OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.** Pre-owned timepieces may show normal signs of prior use consistent with their listed condition grade.
- Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable warranty rights you have under applicable law.
## 9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Just Luxury Time, LLC and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of any product, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or an Order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
## 10. User Accounts & Conduct
If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to submit fraudulent payment information, to attempt to interfere with the Site's security or functionality, or to resell products purchased from the Site in a manner that misrepresents their authenticity or condition.
## 11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and product descriptions — is the property of Just Luxury Time, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.
## 12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Just Luxury Time, LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or any product purchased through it.
## 13. Governing Law
These Terms, and any Order placed through the Site, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and without regard to the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
## 14. Ohio Foreign-LLC Compliance
Just Luxury Time, LLC is organized under the laws of the State of Montana. To the extent the Company conducts business operations from Ohio (including maintaining inventory, personnel, or a business address in Ohio), Just Luxury Time, LLC intends to comply with applicable Ohio foreign limited liability company registration requirements under the Ohio Revised Code, including registering with the Ohio Secretary of State as a foreign LLC, obtaining a certificate of good standing from Montana, and maintaining an Ohio statutory agent, as and when required by law. Nothing in these Terms constitutes a representation or warranty that any specific state registration has been completed as of the effective date above. This section does not alter the governing law and dispute resolution provisions of Sections 13 and 15.
## 15. Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration
**PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY — IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.**
- **Informal resolution first.** Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at [returns@justluxurytime.com](mailto:returns@justluxurytime.com) and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 60 days.
- **Binding arbitration.** If a dispute is not resolved informally, you and Just Luxury Time, LLC agree that any claim or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any Order will be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.
- **Class action waiver.** You and Just Luxury Time, LLC agree that any arbitration or claim will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, collective, or representative action. Neither party may participate in a class action against the other.
- **Jury trial waiver.** You and Just Luxury Time, LLC each waive any right to a trial by jury for any claim covered by this arbitration agreement.
- **Location and fees.** Arbitration will be conducted in Montana, or another mutually agreed location, or by videoconference/telephone where permitted by the AAA rules. Arbitration fees and costs will be allocated in accordance with the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules.
- **30-day opt-out.** You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to [returns@justluxurytime.com](mailto:returns@justluxurytime.com) within 30 days of your first Order, stating your name, order number, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Montana, and both parties consent to personal jurisdiction there.
## 16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
## 17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Just Luxury Time, LLC regarding use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements on this subject.
## 18. Changes to These Terms
Just Luxury Time, LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes to the arbitration provision will not apply retroactively to disputes arising before the change.
